Believe me, we know that when the heating goes.. and your entire family is faced with wearing a billion jumpers at the same time in a freezing house that feels like its some cryogenic deep freeze from a science fiction movie... and washing options are either facing the ice cold needle jets of an unheated shower or boiling enough kettles and saucepans of water to be able to even take a rudimentary bath... we know from our extensive years of having a great relationship with our customers... that although you don't really think about it until you have to do without... but the house boiler really is the beating heart of providing essential warmth to the whole family.

And without out a properly functioning house boiler it really does rapidly become a pretty miserable situation. Tensions rise high and family members fall out with one another and it really can be pretty awful. We say, be wary of the offers made my theses larger corporations. While they may seem competitive in price... you must ask yourself... are you getting a like-for-like service? Can a company of that size really care about its individual customers to the same degree that we do? Yes ... they will fulfil their minimum contractual obligation to you. But in the event of being plunged into the medieval cold of the dark ages ... should your modern heating technology fail you.... how long to you want to be waiting for an engineer to come out to you? And will that engineer do an adequate long term fix on your boiler? Or, (knowing that its very unlikely that it will be HIM that is called out to your boiler fix the next time,) will he merely patch the problem with sub-standard parts and a bare minimum approach.... knowing that it's not really going to be HIS name that's intrinsically linked to the work.

Boiler service repair is in our blood .. and it is our forte... not just some bolt-on-afterthought-service we offer to spin a bit of extra cash.
